Your satisfaction is our priority. Crop Addict accepts returns. Simply return your new, unused, unopened and undamaged sellable items in their original packaging along with a copy of your invoice via insured United States mail or UPS within 30 days of ordering for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns on: paper or cardstock, rolled stickers, items in opened packages or items that have been used.
If your shipment qualified for free shipping and you have returned any or all of your purchases you will be charged a fee of $5.00 for shipping within the United States or actual shipping charges for monthly kit orders.
If there is a discrepancy with your order: If we have failed to include an item that you ordered with your shipment the missing items will be shipped to you at no cost to you.If an item has arrived damaged, defective or is missing parts, where the cost is $5 or less, we will issue you a store credit. If the cost is more than $5 we would be happy to accept your return and obtain a replacement from the manufacturer. Replacement items could take up to 3 months. It may be faster and in your best interest to contact the manufacturer directly and have them replace your item. Should you decide to return the item to us, please return the item/items in their original packaging along with a copy of your invoice via insured United States mail or UPS.
Should your kit or parts of your kit arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and we will send you details on how to return the damaged product to us as well as when we'll send the replacement product to you.
