We take every possible precaution to protect you from unauthorized credit card charges. As such there may be times that your order is delayed if we are unable to verify your credit card information. We ask that you update your account whenever your information has changed. If someone has used your credit card without your permission, notify your credit card company immediately. The Fair Credit Act will protect you: once you notify your credit card company of fraudulent or unauthorized activity, you will only be liable for $50.00. If someone has used your credit card without your permission to purchase items on Crop Addict, we will reimburse any amount up to $50.00 for unauthorized or fraudulent charges for purchases at Crop Addict. Please contact us within 30 days of discovery. If you fail to contact us greater than 30 days of fraudulent or unauthorized purchases using your credit card, Crop Addict is not held responsible to reimburse you in any way.
Childrens Privacy Policy
We understand that there are scrappers of all ages. The Crop Addict website is designed for use by adults aged 18 and over. Crop Addict will not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Limits of Liability
Crop Addict is not responsible for any damages or losses that result from visiting the Crop Addict website, purchasing items from the Crop Addict store, posting messages on the Crop Talk message boards/forums or uploading images to the Gallery. Nor is Crop Addict responsible for any damages or losses from the inability to use any of the products sold through the Crop Addict store.
