Hi! My name is Marti Cirillo (scrapalot). I'm a stay-at-home-mom to two terrific kids. My daughter, Maria, is 11 and my son, Nick, is 9. My DH Tom, well what can I say, he's truly wonderful and totally supports my addiction. Although he hates seeing the mess. We love heading to the beach and the pool, so you'll probably see a lot of water-themed LOs. We also enjoy BBQ and having friends over.
I've always been involved with one type of craft or another. A good friend invited me to attend a scrapbooking party. Well, the last thing I needed was another "craft" to become obsessed with and besides, I just didn't have the time. But, she kept badgering me so I finally caved and went to the party. As they say, that was just the beginning! 12 years later scrapbooking has become my only craft obsession. I'm addicted - lately to brads, rub-ons, flowers, and chipboard. I also love to make cards and need to get out my stamps and use them more often. I love volunteering at my kids' school, I'm an avid reader and I collect Russian stamps.
I can't tell you how excited I am to join this creative team and board. I've enjoyed checking out the gallery and getting lots of new inspiration. I only hope I can inspire you too!
